Your agency doesn't need another hire. It needs better systems.
We handle the technical infrastructure and social execution that small agencies can't afford to staff and can't afford to ignore.
Karl builds the systems.
Natasha runs the content.
Bodhi takes the blame.
We're a two-person operation that replaces two expensive hires: a backend developer and a social media manager. We work with small agencies that have real operational problems and zero interest in duct-tape solutions.
Where the time goes.
Manual Reporting
Someone on your team is still copying data between dashboards by hand. That's not a workflow. That's a tax on your ops manager's sanity.
Broken Integrations
Your Zapier zaps are zapping themselves into oblivion. The leads are going somewhere. Probably not your CRM.
No Social Consistency
You know you need to post. Nobody has time to post. So nothing gets posted. The algorithm notices.
We run the parts you don't have people for.
Tech: Karl
Data pipelines, automated reporting, broken integrations, and backend infrastructure. Real cloud infrastructure. Not another Zapier workaround.

Content, scheduling, consistency. You don't need to think about it, brief us weekly, or hire a media manager. We handle it.
See what's included →We work best with:
- - Small agencies (1–10 people) with no in-house dev or dedicated social staff
- - Founders who are tired of doubling as their own IT department
- - Ops managers who have better things to do than copy-paste data between platforms
Probably not for you if:
- - You need enterprise-scale infrastructure
- - Your budget starts with "what's the cheapest option"
- - You want to own and maintain everything yourself
Four steps. No mystery.

Named after our beagle.
Blamed for everything.
BlameBodhi Media started as infrastructure for our own remote business, built while we relocated from Las Vegas to Portugal and figured out how to run an online operation across time zones. What started as a travel blog and a collection of homegrown systems eventually became the thing people kept asking us to do for them.
Karl handles the technical side: data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and anything that involves a terminal window. Natasha handles social and content: strategy, execution, consistency, and everything that requires an actual human voice.
We're small by design. Every client gets both of us.
Your systems are either working for you or against you.
Let's find out which one and fix it.
